Where are you shipping from?

All items are shipped from the US. 

Where can you ship to?

Shipping is available to all countries that can accept services from USPS, with the exception to the EU (sorry 😭). Please note that it is the customer's responsibility for any duties or customs fee when importing the items into your country.

Given the global shipping situations are constantly changing, if I run into shipping issues with your order, I will reach out to you by email for a best solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

I primarily use standard shipping method through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped starting March 3rd. Please allow 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Some countries might take a little longer to ship out depending on custom form requirements.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your address if your order has not been shipped. please contact me to update your address. Please include your order #.

If your order has already shipped, then unfortunately, it cannot be changed.
