Where are these items being shipped from?
All items ship from the US.
Can I exchange or cancel my order?
Cancellation or exchanges are not accepted unless it is due to an issue on my end (e.g. the ordered item is out of stock, or the wrong item was sent).
My package was lost/damaged/stolen, what should I do?
Once the package is dropped off it is no longer under my control. If your package was lost or damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to help you find a solution. Please refer to "What is your return/refund policy?" below.
If it was stolen, please reach out to your local post office or law enforcement to report the theft. Unfortunately I am not responsible for package theft.
What is your return/refund policy?
As a general rule, I do not accept return or provide refund unless the item has manufacturing errors, was misprinted, or was severly damaged (such as a broken acrylic) upon arrival. Please be aware it is normal to have minor scratches on printed items, acrylics/plastic photocards. Those minor scratches are not considered damages.
If there is anything wrong with your items, please reach out to me within 1 week of receiving the package. I will do my best to accomodate. I will consider the issue resolved if the item does not have manufacturing error or printing error, and/or the damage was caused by user error.
